Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
We make sure you receive your order in plenty of time for your special event. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 days.

Q. Do you have Gluten Free options?
Gluten free is not available at this time

Q. Making changes to your order
Not a problem! Some changes may be made after purchase. These changes must be made no later than 10 days out from your required date.
Additional costs may apply.

Q. Cancelling/refund your order
Once you place an order and payment has been made, refunds are not available. If you have a change of mind and want to cancel your order, you're purchase will become store credit, which does not have an expiration date.

Q. Packaging?
All cookee's are individually wrapped in sealed plastic pockets. This allows them to stay fresh for longer.

Q. Allergies?
Cookee's are not gluten or lactose free. However, a gluten free option is available. -This product does not contain nuts.

Q. Can I mix and match colours, sizes, text, extra's etc?
Yes! Your order can be as simple or as extravagant as you desire with multiple colours, size, text and decorative options. Additional costs may apply.

Q. Can I get logo's, brands or photos etc?
Yes! If you provide us with your brand/business logo or a particular photo that you would like embossed or turned into an edible print, we can put that on your product, Additional costs apply.
